Al-Turath University Organizes an Extensive Workshop on University Email Management and Cybersecurity

بتوجيه ودعم من السيد رئيس مجلس الأمناء الأستاذ علي العكيلي، نظّم مركز التعليم المستمر في جامعة التراث يوم الخميس 27 تشرين الثاني 2025 ورشة عمل موسّعة قدّمها المدرس المساعد حيدر عبد الأمير، تناولت إدارة البريد الجامعي عبر Google Workspace وليس Gmail، مع التركيز على الجوانب الفنية والتنظيمية والإدارية اللازمة لتحسين استخدام البريد المؤسسي داخل البيئة الجامعية. استعرض المحاضر البنية الكاملة لنظام Google Workspace الخاص بالجامعة، والفروقات الأساسية بين الحساب الجامعي والحسابات الشخصية، مبيّناً أهمية الاعتماد على البريد الجامعي في المراسلات الرسمية، والتواصل الأكاديمي، ودعم البحث العلمي، والمراسلة مع المجلات العلمية العالمية. كما أوضح الإمكانات التي يوفرها النظام في إدارة الملفات، والمساحات المشتركة، وتنظيم الاجتماعات، وتسهيل تدفق العمل الأكاديمي. وتضمّنت الورشة محوراً موسعاً حول الأمن السيبراني، ركّز على أساليب حماية البيانات، وكيفية التعرّف على الروابط المشبوهة، وطرق اختيار كلمات مرور قوية، إضافة إلى شرح أبرز التهديدات الرقمية التي تستهدف البريد المؤسسي وخدمات السحابة، وطرق الحد منها داخل الجامعة. شهدت الورشة حضور عدد من التدريسيين من مختلف أقسام جامعة التراث، وتخللتها نقاشات وتطبيقات عملية عزّزت من مهارات المشاركين الرقمية، وأسهمت في رفع كفاءتهم في استخدام منظومة Google Workspace في المهام الأكاديمية والإدارية.
