A document of grades for preparatory studies after it has been certified by the competent authority, along with (a photocopy).
Certification of the application form from the school from which you graduated and the General Directorate of Education.
Original civil status ID with (a photocopy).
Original Iraqi nationality certificate with (a photocopy).
Confirming the student's safety from contagious and infectious diseases.
