Al-Turath University affirmed its active presence in national forums through its distinguished participation in the First National Conference for Voluntary Work 2025, held on Sunday morning, 19/10/2025, in Al-Hakeem Grand Hall at the University of Baghdad. The event was sponsored by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and attended by Professor Dr. Sabah Al-Fatlawi, Head of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority, with the participation of fifty public and private universities from across Iraq.
Al-Turath University received a special recognition from the Minister in appreciation of its leading role in promoting a culture of volunteerism and strengthening the values of initiative and social responsibility among its students, through humanitarian and educational projects and initiatives that contributed to serving the community and addressing its needs.
