Al-Turath University has officially welcomed its first-year students in the Department of Optometry within the Mohammed Bin Ali Building, which is equipped with modern classrooms and specialized laboratories.
This initiative reflects the university’s vision of preparing academically distinguished students who can integrate theoretical knowledge with practical training, contributing to the advancement of vision science and eye care services in Iraq and the region.
The university emphasized that the new students would engage in a comprehensive educational experience, combining lectures with hands-on training, to build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills from the very beginning of their academic journey.
