Al-Turath University continued to advance its strategic direction toward aligning educational outcomes with labor market demands by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Public Service Council, under the guidance of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Ali Al-Ogaili.
The agreement was signed by the President of Al-Turath University, Prof. Dr. Jaafar Jaber Jawad, in the presence of the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Council, Dr. Mohy Murtadha Al-Qazwini, alongside the Deputy Chairman, Dr. Arshad Abduljabbar Al-Anzi, and Council Member, Dr. Mohammed Ismat Al-Bayati, as well as the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Sabah Kadhim, and Dr. Omar Al-Fadham, reflecting a strong institutional collaboration.
Al-Turath University emphasized that this partnership is aligned with its vision to prepare graduates with strong administrative and professional competencies, enabling them to effectively engage in both public and private sectors, reinforcing its role as a key provider of qualified human capital. The University highlighted that the MoU includes structured collaboration in organizing specialized training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing administrative and professional skills, as well as preparing graduates to meet labor market requirements and improve their competitiveness.
Al-Turath confirmed that both parties agreed to establish joint committees to develop a clear roadmap for future cooperation, ensuring sustainability and strengthening the alignment between academic outcomes and institutional needs.
