Al-Turath University continues to expand its national partnerships and strengthen its role in legal development and women’s empowerment by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Iraqi Women Judges Association, under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Ali Al-Ogaili.
The agreement was signed by the President of Al-Turath University, Prof. Dr. Jaafar Jaber Jawad, in the presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Saad, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Sabah Kadhim, and the Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Naqeeb, reflecting strong institutional alignment.
Al-Turath University emphasized that this partnership aligns with its strategic vision to strengthen its presence in legal and societal domains and to connect academic outcomes with the needs of judicial institutions, preparing graduates with advanced legal competencies.
The University highlighted that the agreement includes cooperation in legal training programs, specialized workshops, and initiatives aimed at empowering women within the judicial field, supporting modern approaches to justice and leadership representation.
Al-Turath affirmed that such collaborations reinforce its role as an active academic institution contributing to societal development through meaningful partnerships that bridge education and professional practice.
