Al-Turath University continues to strengthen its applied learning approach through specialized laboratory education, as the College of Pharmacy organized a scientific session for students in the Organic Chemistry Laboratory, focusing on the experiment of benzoic acid determination as a practical model for understanding organic reactions and pharmaceutical analysis.
The University aligns this initiative with the vision led by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Ali Al-Ogaili, which emphasizes integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on laboratory experience to prepare students with strong scientific competencies and professional readiness in pharmaceutical fields.
Al-Turath highlighted that the session was delivered by Asst{{dot}} Prof. Asmaa Idris, who explained the experimental procedures, precise measurement techniques, and the applied relevance of benzoic acid in pharmaceutical industries, providing students with comprehensive and interactive laboratory experience.
The University demonstrated that students actively engaged in conducting the experiment and analyzing results, enhancing their analytical thinking and practical skills within a structured academic environment that connects theory with real-world applications.
Al-Turath emphasized that such laboratory activities reflect its commitment to develop advanced educational facilities that support applied knowledge and contribute to build strong scientific foundations for future healthcare professionals.
