Al-Turath University Redefines Medical Physics as Bridge Between Scientific Precision & Advanced Clinical Application

Al-Turath University continued to strengthen its integrated academic model by linking fundamental sciences with healthcare applications, as the College of Science hosted a specialized lecture in medical physics, reflecting the university’s shift from theoretical instruction toward producing applied knowledge that enhances medical practice.

The University aligned this initiative with the vision led by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Ali Al-Ogaili, which emphasizes leveraging precise scientific disciplines to support vital sectors and preparing graduates capable of integrating physics with modern clinical applications.

Al-Turath highlighted that the lecture was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Abdul Latif Al-Ismaili, who presented advanced scientific insights into the role of medical physics in improving diagnostic and therapeutic efficiency through the application of modern technologies and data-driven analysis in clinical environments.

The University reviewed that the session witnessed strong academic engagement, where students actively explored how physical principles can address contemporary medical challenges, enhancing their ability to connect theory with real-world applications.

Al-Turath affirmed that such initiatives reinforce its role as a leading academic institution that transforms specialized scientific knowledge into impactful applications, contributing to the advancement of the healthcare sector and strengthening its global academic presence.
