Al-Turath University presented a renewed image of women’s sports in a Ramadan evening filled with enthusiasm and competitive spirit as the Women’s Tennis Championship was launched on campus in an event that reflected confidence performance and strong determination.
The University clarified that the championship was held under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Turath University Mr. Ali Al-Ogaili, who believes that supporting women’s sports is an essential part of building students’ character and strengthening their leadership presence within both academic and athletic spaces, as well as affirming that when the University opens its courts it opens wider spaces for confidence growth and achievement.
Al-Turath University reviewed that the Ramadan atmosphere gave the championship a distinctive character where athletic spirit met discipline and perseverance turning competition into an arena for showcasing skills refining abilities and building balanced personalities that combine academic excellence with physical vitality.
