Al-Turath University received a high-level delegation from Gazi University, a Turkish public university, headed by the University President, Professor Dr. Musa Yıldız.

The meeting witnessed the signing of a partnership and twinning agreement that includes cooperation in postgraduate studies and the exchange of expertise in academic fields and scientific research. The delegation praised the significant urban and technological development at Al-Turath University and the availability of a promising scientific environment that meets the aspirations of Turkish students to study there as part of the Ministry of Higher Education's "Study in Iraq" initiative.
