We are pleased to invite you to actively participate with scientific papers and presence, to contribute to this conference work, which aims to identify the role that Iraqi higher education institutions essential play in facing contemporary challenges and finding effective solutions to the risks facing the world and the current and future crises that threaten it, through an accurate diagnosis of these. risks, especially those that occur as well as those expected from them, and a rigorous scientific treatment of them to address their problems and mitigate their effects.

About the Conference

The conference aims to understand the role that Iraqi higher education institutions should play in facing contemporary challenges and finding effective solutions for the risks and crises threatening the world, both current and future. This involves a precise diagnosis of these risks, especially those occurring and expected, and a scientifically rigorous approach to addressing and mitigating their challenges and impacts. The participation mechanism includes the following:

1. Research papers should not be published, submitted for publication in another journal, or presented at another conference.

2. The research topic should align with the conference themes according to the guidelines announced on the conference website. The paper should not exceed 15 pages and should be no less than 5 pages.

3. Submission is done electronically through the conference website.

4. Full research papers, in Word format, should be submitted by the deadline of / /2024.

5. Researchers will be notified of the evaluation decision by the scientific committee by / /2024.

6. Scientific research papers written in English will be exclusively published in international journals indexed by Scopus and affiliated with IOP Publishing. The researcher is responsible for the publication costs, amounting to $160, based on the researcher’s preference.

7. Research papers not subject to the previous paragraph will be published in a special issue of the University Heritage College’s refereed journal at the expense of the University of Heritage.
