Al-Turath University Hosts Universities Chess Championship & Wins Shield of Excellence
Under the patronage of the Chairman of Board of Trustees, Mr. Ali Al-Ugaili, Al-Turath University hosted the chess championship for Iraqi universities in cooperation with Technology University, with the participation of 63 Iraqi universities with 350 female students, Al-Turath University won award for best coach and the shield of excellence in the championship.
It is worth to be mentioned that Al-Turath University’s delegation was headed by Head of Sports Activities Department, Mr. Sajjad Ali, as well as the delegation was included of the top group of Al-Turath University’s students.
